Global City Review follows a data-minimization approach. When you visit the site, servers, hosting providers or security services may record IP address, browser type, access time, request path, error logs and basic device information for page delivery, security, performance investigation and abnormal-request detection.

The site currently does not offer reader accounts or audience-profiling tools, and it does not collect reader email addresses through forms. We receive an email address, message body and attachments only when a reader actively writes to the contact email shown in the footer.

Reader messages may include story suggestions, factual corrections, source additions, licensing questions or cooperation inquiries. We use this information only for editorial verification, replies, compliance retention and security auditing. We do not sell, rent or use it for advertising targeting.
